Vietnam Korean Technology and Construction Joint Stock Company was established in 2017 by the combination of Industrial Construction Experts of the Center for Design and Construction Consulting (CCDC) and young, dynamic and passionate engineers. – Ensure responsibility for monitoring and controlling the quality and volume of construction works in accordance with current standards.
\n– Simultaneously monitor project progress and safety issues for employees.
\n– Monitor the specified conditions closely:
\n+ Cost of buying construction materials, cost of design and construction.
\n+ Project progress.
\n+ Number of employees, types of insurance for employees (accident insurance, occupational safety insurance, …).
\n– Check contractor’s capacity:
\n+ Check the construction team’s capacity, closely monitor equipment and machinery, check the origin and quality of inputs to serve the project.
\n+ Inspecting and managing the quality of works the contractor is doing.
\n+ Monitor and check construction permit information to ensure that all types of machinery and equipment meet quality requirements.
\n+ Inspect and record building materials laboratories, construction product manufacturing facilities for the work.
\n– Check and monitor the quality of building materials:
\n+ Check the quality of the manufacturer, assess the prestige level, the bale structure is in accordance with the general standards or not.
\n– Supervising and monitoring the entire construction process:
\nClosely monitor the contractor’s construction process.
\n+ The inspection results must be clearly recorded in the minutes and the construction logbook.
\n+ Confirm as-built drawings of the project.
\n+ Conduct project acceptance test.
\n+ Check all documents in service of the acceptance of works, materials, equipment, machinery, each item and completion of construction works.
\n+ Report to the investor when detecting errors so that they can be corrected in time.
\n+ Organize the re-inspection of the quality of construction parts and items if there is any doubt about the quality.
\n+ Coordinating and presiding over with parties having problems, solving problems and conflicts arising during and after implementation.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

– Graduated from University\/College majoring in Construction
\n– At least two years of experience in the position of Construction Supervisor
\n– Knowing English and having experience working with Korean companies is an advantage
\n– Proficient in the use of professional computer software
\n– Able to work under high pressure and collaborate with a team.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
