On 1st, Oct 2025, the groundbreaking ceremony of KCN An Phat – Hai Phong project took place at lots A3, A5, A6 of An Phat High-Tech Industrial Park, Km47, National Highway 5, Viet Hoa Ward, Hai Phong City. The event was jointly organized by the Investor KCN Vietnam and the Main contractor VKC Group JSC, with the presence of Hai Phong Economic Zone Authority, An Phat High-Tech Industrial Park JSC, and numerous distinguished partners

The project is planned on a land area of 8.92 ha within An Phat High-Tech Industrial Park, envisioned as a green and modern industrial hub, with a focus on attracting investment in high technology, clean technology, electronics, and supporting industries

The project is expected to generate thousands of jobs, strongly attract foreign direct investment, and significantly contribute to the sustainable development of Hai Phong City and the Northern Key Economic Region

On February 12, 2025, VKC Group, the general contractor, successfully held the topping-out ceremony for the Radiant Opto-Electronics Vietnam Factory Project at VSIP Nghe An Industrial Park. The event marked a significant milestone in the project’s progress, reaffirming VKC Group’s commitment to ensuring timely completion and construction quality.

A Key Event in the Construction Journey

The ceremony was attended by representatives from the investor, Radiant Opto-Electronics, the Management Board of VSIP Nghe An Industrial Park, project partners, subcontractors, and the entire team of engineers and workers involved in the construction. On 2nd, Aug 2024, KCN Vietnam and VKC Group organized the Ground Breaking Ceremony of Phase 2 of Deep C Industrial park Ready-built warehouse Project

KCN-Deep C RBF&RBW Project located at Lot CN1L, Deep C Industrial Park, zone 2B, Dong Hai 2 Ward, Hai An District, Hai Phong City has a large scale, occupies a total area of 23.2ha. In this phase 2, the project will be built on area of 12.6ha and is expected to be accomplished in 190 days.

As a general contractor for construction, VKC Group will carry out phase 2 of KCN Tan Vu in Hai Phong – a Green Project with the highest commitment on safety, quality and on time schedule

The Ground Breaking Ceremony of An Lap Technical plastic products factory project, was organized on Jun 18th, 2024 at Thang Long II Industrial Park, Di Su Ward, My Hao Town, Hung Yen Province

During this project, VKC is main contractor who constructing factory, operator, infrastructure, fire protection and prevention. The floor area of building is up to 23.000 m2 and was expected to complete within 175 days.

The Ground Breaking Ceremony of BW Thuan Thanh 3B Industrial Hub, phase 2 was organized on Jan 31th, 2024 in Thuan Thanh 3 Industrial Hub, Gia Dong Ward, Thuan Thanh Town, Bac Ninh

After being trusted by the Investor ( Thuan Thanh 3B Industrial Development Company Limited) to construct the project phase 1, from the mid of July 2023 until now, the phase 1 has now been basically completed as the committion of VKC/VMC about the safety, quality and progress. Hence, the prestige of Constructor was enhanced with Investor as well as the other relevant agencies. In this phase 2, VKC has been general constructor, which constructing the factory and the other auxiliary work. The floor area of building is 35 731.6 m2, it is expected that within 195 days, the construction, architecture, infrastructure and electrical installation for the entire factory will be completed.

As the general constructor, VKC Group Joint Stock Company has committed that Thuan Thanh 3B phase 2 lot E1 in Bac Ninh will be constructed with high quality, absolute safety and on schedule.

500,000 hours safety event

On December 12, 2023, the joint venture general contractor VKC Group and Vinaincon M&C held a ceremony to recognize the Thuan Thanh 3B Industrial Development Project Lot D for reaching the milestone of 500,000 safe working hours, recognizing the great contribution as well as the tireless dedication of the collective of officers, engineers, and workers.

Thuan Thanh 3B Industrial Development Project Lot D is a large-scale project with a total area of 10.1 hectares, built on Lot D in Thuan Thanh 3B Industrial Park. Accompanying the Investor in this project, the joint venture VKC Group and VINAINCON M&C plays the role of General Contractor for the construction of 6 main factories, infrastructure and auxiliary categories.

The project is scheduled to start on July 16, 2023 and officially start construction on August 3, 2023 with an average of about 400 workers and engineers working on the construction site per day. After 5 months of construction, the project has reached the milestone of 500 thousand safe working hours.

VKC Group organizes the project of Everwin Precision Technology (Vietnam) Co., Ltd groundbreaking ceremony.

On the morning of October 20th, VKC Group Joint Stock Company solemnly organizes the groundbreaking ceremony of the Everwin Precision Technology (Vietnam) Co., Ltd. project invested by Everwin Precision Hongkong Company Limited in Vsip Nghe An Industrial Park.

Attending the groundbreaking ceremony, the side of Nghe An province leaders have: Mr. Nguyen Duc Trung – Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee; Mr. Hoang Nghia Hieu – Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; others in the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, leaders of departments, divisions, and Hung Nguyen district.

On the side of investors and partners, there are Mr. Ren Xiang Sheng – Vice Chairman of Everwin Precision Hong Kong Company Limited; Mr. Wong Mannon Man – Director of Everwin Precision Vietnam Technology Co., Ltd; Mr. Huynh Quang Hai – Standing Vice Chairman of VSIP Group, Chairman of the Board of Directors of VSIP Northern and Central regions.

Everwin Precision Vietnam Technology Co., Ltd. project in VSIP Nghe An Industrial Park was granted investment registration certificate by the Southeast Economic Zone Management Board on January 6, 2021, with an area of more than 43 ha. This is a project specializing in the production of electronic components, communication equipment and civil electronic products, with a total investment of about 400 million USD. In particular, phase 1 is 200 million USD, designed capacity is about 270 million products/year.
