Everwin Precision Vietnam Technology Co., Ltd project in VSIP Nghe An Industrial Park was granted an investment registration certificate by the Southeast Economic Zone Management Board on January 6, 2021, with an area of more than 43 ha. This is a project specializing in the production of electronic components, communication equipment, and civil electronic products, with a total investment of about 400 million USD. In particular, phase I is 200 million USD, designed capacity is 270 million products/year.

As the general contractor, VKC Group Joint Stock Company commits that the Everwin project phase 1 in Nghe An with a total area of 25ha will be built with high quality, safety, and guaranteed progress.

Nghe An Project 35 is a project invested in and developed by the Investor BCI Joint Stock Company. The company is well known in the industrial real estate and logistics services market for its high-quality ready-built factory rental products BW.

Project 35 has a floor area of 89,740 m2 and is built on a land area of 145,500 m2. It is expected to complete the construction, architecture, infrastructure, and M&E installation in 210 days.
