On 1st, Oct 2025, the groundbreaking ceremony of KCN An Phat – Hai Phong project took place at lots A3, A5, A6 of An Phat High-Tech Industrial Park, Km47, National Highway 5, Viet Hoa Ward, Hai Phong City. The event was jointly organized by the Investor KCN Vietnam and the Main contractor VKC Group JSC, with the presence of Hai Phong Economic Zone Authority, An Phat High-Tech Industrial Park JSC, and numerous distinguished partners

The project is planned on a land area of 8.92 ha within An Phat High-Tech Industrial Park, envisioned as a green and modern industrial hub, with a focus on attracting investment in high technology, clean technology, electronics, and supporting industries

The project is expected to generate thousands of jobs, strongly attract foreign direct investment, and significantly contribute to the sustainable development of Hai Phong City and the Northern Key Economic Region

On February 12, 2025, VKC Group, the general contractor, successfully held the topping-out ceremony for the Radiant Opto-Electronics Vietnam Factory Project at VSIP Nghe An Industrial Park. THE GROUND BREAKING CEREMONY OF KCN TAN VU – HAI PHONG

On 2nd, Aug 2024, KCN Vietnam and VKC Group organized the Ground Breaking Ceremony of Phase 2 of Deep C Industrial park Ready-built warehouse Project

KCN-Deep C RBF&RBW Project located at Lot CN1L, Deep C Industrial Park, zone 2B, Dong Hai 2 Ward, Hai An District, Hai Phong City has a large scale, occupies a total area of 23.2ha. In this phase 2, the project will be built on area of 12.6ha and is expected to be accomplished in 190 days.

As a general contractor for construction, VKC Group will carry out phase 2 of KCN Tan Vu in Hai Phong – a Green Project with the highest commitment on safety, quality and on time schedule

The Ground Breaking Ceremony of An Lap Technical plastic products factory project, was organized on Jun 18th, 2024 at Thang Long II Industrial Park, Di Su Ward, My Hao Town, Hung Yen Province

During this project, VKC is main contractor who constructing factory, operator, infrastructure, fire protection and prevention. The floor area of building is up to 23.000 m2 and was expected to complete within 175 days.

The Ground Breaking Ceremony of BW Thuan Thanh 3B Industrial Hub, phase 2 was organized on Jan 31th, 2024 in Thuan Thanh 3 Industrial Hub, Gia Dong Ward, Thuan Thanh Town, Bac Ninh

After being trusted by the Investor ( Thuan Thanh 3B Industrial Development Company Limited) to construct the project phase 1, from the mid of July 2023 until now, the phase 1 has now been basically completed as the committion of VKC/VMC about the safety, quality and progress. Hence, the prestige of Constructor was enhanced with Investor as well as the other relevant agencies. In this phase 2, VKC has been general constructor, which constructing the factory and the other auxiliary work. The floor area of building is 35 731.6 m2, it is expected that within 195 days, the construction, architecture, infrastructure and electrical installation for the entire factory will be completed.

As the general constructor, VKC Group Joint Stock Company has committed that Thuan Thanh 3B phase 2 lot E1 in Bac Ninh will be constructed with high quality, absolute safety and on schedule.

500,000 hours safety event

On December 12, 2023, the joint venture general contractor VKC Group and Vinaincon M&C held a ceremony to recognize the Thuan Thanh 3B Industrial Development Project Lot D for reaching the milestone of 500,000 safe working hours, recognizing the great contribution as well as the tireless dedication of the collective of officers, engineers, and workers.

Thuan Thanh 3B Industrial Development Project Lot D is a large-scale project with a total area of 10.1 hectares, built on Lot D in Thuan Thanh 3B Industrial Park. Accompanying the Investor in this project, the joint venture VKC Group and VINAINCON M&C plays the role of General Contractor for the construction of 6 main factories, infrastructure and auxiliary categories.

The project is scheduled to start on July 16, 2023 and officially start construction on August 3, 2023 with an average of about 400 workers and engineers working on the construction site per day. After 5 months of construction, the project has reached the milestone of 500 thousand safe working hours.

KCN Quế Võ II được UBND tỉnh Bắc Ninh phê duyệt

Khu Công nghiệp Quế Võ II – giai đoạn 2 quy mô lập quy hoạch khoảng 285,67 ha; thuộc địa bàn các xã Châu Phong và Đức Long, huyện Quế Võ.

UBND tỉnh Bắc Ninh vừa có quyết định phê duyệt Đồ án quy hoạch phân khu xây dựng Khu công nghiệp Quế Võ II – giai đoạn 2, huyện Quế Võ.
Theo đó, Khu Công nghiệp nằm trên địa bàn các xã Châu Phong và Đức Long, huyện Quế Võ. Ranh giới như sau: Phía Bắc giáp thôn Phúc Lộc xã Châu Phong và đường bao để Sông Cầu, phía Đông giáp đất nông nghiệp xã Đức Long, phía Nam giáp tuyến đường Quốc lộ 18, phía Tây giáp cụm công nghiệp Châu Phong.

Khu CN Quế Võ II hứa hẹn sẽ trở thành “miền đất hứa” cho các dự án đầu tư xây dựng

Quy mô lập quy hoạch khoảng 285,67 ha. Trong đó, đất Khu Công nghiệp khoảng 277,64 ha và đất hoàn trả kênh mương lợi khoảng 8,03 ha.

Mục tiêu của dự án nhằm đầu tư xây dựng khu công nghiệp tập trung theo hướng hiện đại, công nghiệp sạch để thúc đẩy phát triển kinh tế của huyện Quế Võ và tỉnh Bắc Ninh; làm cơ sở pháp lý để đầu tư xây dựng và quản lý xây dựng đối với các dự án trong Khu Công nghiệp theo quy hoạch.

Sau khi hoàn thành, đây sẽ là Khu Công nghiệp sạch, thân thiện với môi trường, ưu tiên các ngành công nghiệp điện tử, viễn thông, dược phẩm, công nghiệp hỗ trợ, vật liệu mới, công nghiệp năng lượng sạch, năng lượng tái tạo, năng lượng thông minh, công nghiệp chế biến, chế tạo,…

Khu CN Quế Võ II sẽ trở thành khu Công nghiệp sạch và thân thiện với môi trường

Các khu chức năng trong Khu Công nghiệp bao gồm: Khu đất xây dựng nhà máy, khu hành chính, dịch vụ, cây xanh, giao thông, bãi đỗ xe và khu các công trình hạ tầng kỹ thuật đầu mối…, được kết nối với nhau qua các trục giao thông.
Trước đó, tháng 9/2020, UBND tỉnh Bắc Ninh đã có quyết định phê duyệt Nhiệm vụ Quy hoạch phân khu xây dựng tỷ lệ 1/2.000 Khu Công nghiệp trên.
