Paleo Food Diary - 1

Some of my favourite meals this week.... 

Home made beef burgers, sweet potato chips and Bacon Brussel sprout slaw
Freash Sea bass, garlic prawns cauliflower rice with peas

Beef Steak, swede and carrot mash, organic veg
Tuna wraps with avocado and tomateos
Egg, bacon and tomateo omelette
Chicken, mixed with Paleo Mayo and Cranberries
Almonds and apple slices 
Lamb steak, Grass fed sausage, mushroom onion and aubergine
Beef Steak, sweet potato jacket carrot salad
Celery with Almond butter, chicken and Cranberries

 Each and every one of these, where delicious while also being very quick and easy to make!

This week I am going to try baking and cooking with almond flour..i am quite excited about this!! Lol
